From the south-facing balcony, enjoy views of the Königslehen ski slopes and towards Obertauern. In winter, you’re quickly on the slopes of Ski amadé; in summer, hiking and biking trails start right outside the door – including routes up the Roßbrand, Radstadt’s panoramic mountain. 80 m², 2 bedrooms, sleeping up to 4 guests.

Summer & winter on Radstadt’s sunny southern slope
Winter: Radstadt is at the heart of Salzburger Sportwelt (Ski amadé), with 760 km of ski runs. You can see the Königslehen slopes from the balcony, and Altenmarkt-Zauchensee, Flachau and Obertauern are just a short drive away. There are also cross-country ski trails, ski touring routes on the Roßbrand and tobogganing.
Summer: Go hiking and mountain biking straight from the house, explore the Roßbrand (1,768 m) for panoramic views of over 150 peaks from the Dachstein to the Hohe Tauern, discover Radstadt’s historic old town, or enjoy the nearby swimming lakes.
