Cancellation policy

Deposit:

A deposit of 30% of the invoice amount is required. The booking will only be confirmed and a reservation made once the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance, plus the local overnight tax, is due on site.

The overnight guest tax is € 1,90 per person per night. Guests aged 15 and over are required to pay the tax (children up to 14 years old are exempt).



Cancellation policy:

• If you cancel no later than 30 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 30.00% of the total amount will be charged.
• If you cancel no later than 7 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 70.00% of the total amount will be charged.
• If you cancel on the day of arrival after 6:00 pm or do not show up, a cancellation fee of 90.00% of the total amount will be charged.
